Book Festival chaos as ticket site crashes

Fans desperate for tickets to this year's Edinburgh International Book Festival were left disappointed today after the event's on-line sales system crashed. Book-lovers trying to book early for their favourite events were left empty-handed after the official ticket website was unable to cope with the huge demand
